What Japan needs(opinion) (Political)

Japan, thirteen days ago, a nation doing well in leagues and with a healthy border that was expanding. Very active with shouts and a newspaper article almost daily. Now, Japan, a landless nation with a quiet government and an ever so decreasing population.

Thanks to the map article series that I've been doing, I have seen the map of Ethnica change a lot. Everyday, nations expand and shrink. Japan being a nation that used to be expanding, but then being inhaled by China.
After Japan was fully devoured, it has started a dark depression for the nation.
I've have seen many problems, that I hope to see fixed. I want to express my opinion, by listing some of the things I think should be fixed, so this nation can reach the freedom that it seeks.

The Congress(Or National Diet)

(Obviously)

One of the things I think everyone agrees on, is that the congress of most countries are horrible. Thanks to the intricate system of the first congress election, lots of nations ended up with very messy governments. This problem will hopefully be fixed by next election. At the same time, I want all citizens of Japan to be aware of who you vote for(Not just for congress, but all forms of elections).

Military Units

A problem of Japan are the military units. As the national MU charges a decent fee, new or poorer players don't have enough money to join; Also, the non-government military units are not very active and some won't even accept offers.
I believe the government should have two military units, maybe even three. One would give really great bonuses with a expensive fee, the other could be free for players who just want active military unit to direct them, and possibly a third that is in the middle.
Even though Japan has no wars, we should make allies and help them with their current wars. It will make the bond stronger and will give citizens of Japan more chances to get gold from battles. Let's be honest, Japan is very lonely and needs some friends.
(RIP Japan-Vendetta. You will be dearly missed)

Immigration

Not to sound like a Donald Trump, but congress DON'T just randomly accept people into this country. I am aware there are many people who are wanting to fight for us, but accepting them without a background is bad. It could lead to a messy congress, drama among citizens, sometimes a bad president, and civil wars.
If you're going to accept a citizenship, check their profile for their status, owned companies/MUs/Newspapes, and shouts.
We need a active and united population that works together. Accepting more people can add more people who drag us behind and add more unknown citizens.

Government Communication

This is a hard problem to fix. A government must let their citizens be aware of plans, but yet, hide some from enemies. We don't need a government who says everything for the public to see, but we don't need a government that is quiet.
I understand that they talk on the IRC, but this is not enough. Anytime I've got on the IRC, there is nothing but silence.
Also, there are a population of Japan that doesn't get on the IRC; Which I don't blame them. To get information from the IRC, you have to be on at the right time, which is hard when our nation is divided.
The government needs to lead it's people to victory. Right now, the government has only kept information to themselves.
(I will admit, I didn't like last presidential election. But I will just have to deal with the results.)

It may seem that I am bashing the government, which is kinda true. But I must admit that the job the government has is very hard. I respect our current leader and government for the issue they are trying to solve. This being said, they are far from perfect.

Add your opinion in the comments, as more opinions leads to progress.

Japan has a big issue ahead of it, but I believe it can be fixed. Countries have solved difficult problems in E-sim, may Japan join them.
Let the hope shine and the flame burn. If the flame is still breathing, then the fire can still be saved.

About the game:

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.

In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

Become an influential politician.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.

The international war.

The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).

At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.

E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
