Аз съм Чавдар, така наречения с псевдоним ChochoIYI. Заемам поста на „министър на младежта и образованието“ в еБългария. Целта на мен и моя екип през този мандат ще бъда да успеем да задържим новите играчи чрез нашата менторска програма и да стимулираме развитието на младите играчи към някоя от 3те ]основни сфери. Искам да запазя интереса на играчите към играта свеж,да се борят за родината си и да побеждаваме.

1. Всеки нов играч,който желае да получава помощ ще му бъде назначен ментор в играта, който ще му помага в индивидуалното развитие и ще отговаря на запитванията му. Ментора има за задачи да насочва новорегистрирания към коя сфера на развитие ще бъде най-ефективен и ще му даде начален тласък в кариерата.
2. Всеки ментор ще бъде награждаван с по едно злато на седмица за всеки играч,който обучава. За да получите златото си,то трябва играча да работи всеки ден,да тренира и да се бие за родина и съюзници.
3. Държавата ни има нужда от идеи и нови политици, ако новия ви играч иска да се занимава с това,то нека не убиваме хъса му. Менторите да имат това напредвид!
4. Създаването на млади танкове, нещо което ако някой ментор успее да създаде от един новорегистриран, ще получи сериозни награди. Не само танкове,качествен икономически и политически деец също ще бъде награждавано. А най-добрите ментори ще се имат напредвид при разпределянето на по-сериозните постове в нашата родина

1. Създаване на младежки корпус за взаимопомощ и сътрудничество.
Млада организация,която планирам да създам. Ние ще играем роля на сдружение, което ще има лидери и съвет. Вътре ще обсъждаме теми от нашата родина,ще провеждаме вътрешни гласувания и мнението на тази организация ще бъде излагано на показ,като по този начин и младите играчи ще имат голяма роля в политиката на страната ни.
2. Създаване на информативни центрове.
Това ще бъдат тайни държавни структури, които ще бъдат представени под формата на скайп чат,вътре ще влизат не само членовете на Младежки корпус за взаимопомощ и сътрудничество, но и всеки един български гражданин,който иска да участва. Вътре ще се споделят интересни информации от играта,новини за държавните политики и ще се анализира на къде духа вятъра в международната политика,за да можем да бъдем адекватни на ситуацията и да предприемем възможно най-добрия ход за България. Много важно тук ще е намесата на старите играчи,новите ще трупат по-скоро опит и ще си набавят информация, естествено ако са по-наблюдателни и забележат нещо интересно в някоя от държавите,нека го споделят. Тези информативни центрове ще играят важна роля и за външното министерство, защото засяга новините в другите държави.
Това са основните ми идеи за този мандат,ще работя за утвърждаване и едни ефективни организации,както и перфектен менторски екип. Ще правим и статии за младите играчи с информация и какво им е нужно,за да бъдат силни. Важно за държавата ни е всеки един гражданин,ние сме силен народ и всеки играч е от значение. Съединението прави силата!

Hello! My name is Chavdar also known as ChochoIYI.I’m appointed as ‘’The Youth and Education Minister’’ in eBulgaria. During this mandate the purpose of me and my team will be to succeed in keeping the new players via our mentorship program and to stimulate their development in one of the 3 main areas.I want to keep the payers interest to the game fresh. I want them to fight and win for their country.

[i]1.A mentor will be assigned to any new player who needs help with the game. The mentor will help the player in it’s individual development and will answer his inquiries. He will also be responsble for directing the newly registered player to any area of development which will be the most effective and will give the player a kick-start in his career.
2.Each mentor will be awared with one gold per week for every player he trains. To get the gold the player you’re assigned to should work ebery day, train and fight for a homeland and allies.
3. Our country needs ideas and new politicians. If the new player wants to deal with this, then let's not kill his zeal. Mentors should keep this in mind!
4. The creation of young tanks – If a mentor manages to create one from the newly registered, he will receive serious prizes. Not only tanks but the creationof a qualitative economic and political activist will also be rewarded. The best mentor will be considered when there will be allocation of more serious positions in our country.
1.Creating a Youth Campus for mutual assistance and cooperation.
This is the young organization that I plan to create. We will play the role of an association, wich will have leaders and a council. In this organization we will discuss topics that are related to our country. We will hold internal votes and the opinion of this organization will be displayed. This way the young players will have a big role in the politics of our country.
2. Creating informative centers.
This will be a secrete state structure which will be presented in the form of a Skype chat. No only members of The Youth Corpus will be in this chat but also each Bulgarian citizen who wants to participate. We’ll be also discussing interesting information according the game, news on government and international politics. This way we will see what steps to make and to to be adequate judging by the development of other countries. The interference of the old players will be very important here so the new ones will gain more experience and information. And of course if the new players are observent and notice something interesting in any of the other counties thay can feel free to share it. These informative centers will also play an important role in the foreign ministry because it affects the news in other countries.
These are my main ideas on this term. I will work for affirmation ,for an effective organizations and a perfect mentoring team. Each citizen is important for our country. We are a strong nation and every player matters. Unity makes the strength!

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
